In an effort to support low-income families during the holy month of Ramadan 2023, essential food items including oil, rice, flour, and sugar were thoughtfully packaged and personally delivered to their doorsteps. The distribution of these food ration packages played a crucial role in easing the financial burden on families in need, allowing them to focus on observing their religious practices with peace of mind.

The Zahra Project Programs
Water Sanitation
Last winter, volunteers arrived to Basti Malook on the outskirts of Multan to provide blankets. Local residents and community leaders spoke to our volunteers about the dire need for clean water to stop the spread of disease.
Water Sanitation Goal: Build a reverse osmosis plant, providing access to clean water.
Multan City School
70 students and 10 teachers in this inner city school are funded by The Zahra Project.
Multan City Goal: We are forging ahead towards a goal of educational assistance for 150 students.
College scholarship
Students who have had academic success and need financial assistance for admission to a university to continue education are provided scholarships.

Tutoring Center
Tutoring centers are common supplementary tools for students. The centers provide additional assistance and learning tools geared towards their curriculum and board examinations.
Tutoring Center Goals: Assist students prepare for national board examinations.

Winterization
Providing assistance through blanket distribution for the underserved population.
Food Distribution
Weekly food distribution provided to patients and their families at the local children’s hospital.
